We are very excited to be able to hold our AGM in the hall this coming Monday, 24th May at 7.30pm
Masks will need to be worn (unless you are exempt), seating will be spaced out in line with social distancing guidelines and we will be taking details for track and trace.
We will also be streaming the meeting online so if you would like to attend but would prefer to do so digitally, email us at email@example.com and we will send out the details for you to join.
Everyone is welcome to come along and hear about the work we’ve been doing over the past year.
*DATE FOR YOUR DIARY*
*AGM MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER*
It’s looking unlikely that we will be able to hold our AGM face to face in the hall as we had hoped.
However, do not despair! If this is indeed the case, we will go ahead with our AGM on Monday 7th September over Zoom.
Our Ticketsource site is up and running where you can book your space for the AGM and we will use those details to send a Zoom invite for the meeting nearer the time.
If anyone would like to join the AGM but doesn’t know how to use Zoom, please just get in touch with us!

Is anyone else enjoying Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip on ITV?

Are you looking to get more active? Are you looking for a workout with a difference?
BCHUG could have the very thing for you! We have a small group of volunteers who give up what time they can to help keep the hall clean and tidy. Not everyone can commit the same level of time but each volunteer comes along when they can and mucks in where they can.
You don’t need to be super fit. It doesn’t take a huge amount of effort to use a mop or a feather duster but given the size of the City Hall it does take a bit of time!
So, if you’d like to do a workout with a difference whilst helping a very worthy community group at the same time, give it some thought. If you’re interested and would like to join our small, but merry band, then please drop us an email via our website or message us on Facebook.
The more volunteers we can muster the better!
