Opus Theatre Club’s forthcoming production is The World Goes Round. This is a stunning revue of the songbook of distinguished and multi-Tony-award-winning writer team of Kander and Ebb.<\/p>\n
Filled with humour, romance, drama and non-stop melody, this musical is a thrilling celebration of life and the fighting spirit that keeps up all going.<\/p>\n
From Caberet to Chicago, the non-stop hit parade features unforgettable gems including Mr Cellophane, Maybe This Time, Caberet and New York New York, seamlessly interwoven into a passionate, harmonious, up-tempo evening of musical theatre.<\/p>\n
The musical arrangements and witty libretto will undoubtedly enthral the audience and send you home humming a tune or two.<\/p>\n
The club is currently heavily in rehearsal and the show takes place in Brechin City Hall from Wednesday 6th until Saturday 9th September. All shows start at 7.30pm.<\/p>\n
