February is shaping up to be a busy month for our much loved City Hall.<\/p>\n
Saturday 17th February sees the Hall play host to a tea and coffee morning from 10am until 12noon.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Refreshments will be available including cakes and tray bakes as well as tombola. All proceeds raised will go to the Brechin Tea Dance Group.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
